Rules and Regulations

SPACE BETWEEN TENTS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR YOUR SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF OTHERS. TENTS MUST HAVE TWO SIDES UP, COMPRISING 50% OR MORE OF THEIR TOTAL WALL SPACE, AT ALL TIMES. IF INCLEMENT WEATHER OCCURS, A TOTAL OF THREE FLAPS CAN BE DOWN. ONCE INCLEMENT WEATHER PASSES, FLAPS MUST BE LIFTED IMMEDIATELY.

Hold Harmless Agreement: Forms will be provided and must be signed by artist at time of registration.

Set-Up: 8am to 10am. Please make sure you finish setting up within the given time. Clean-Up: 5:00pm to 6:00pm

Drop Off and Pick Up: Participants in group A can park on Wesskum Wood Road for drop off only. Participants in Group B can park on Arch Street for drop off only. Once your car is unload please park next to the sports field in Binney Park or the MTA train station parking lot. We want as many parking spots available next to the park for our potential customers!

After 9:30am you must move your car to the Tennis and Soccer fields parking spaces. No parking on the grass or Sound Beach Avenue is allowed. There will be a police officer during the event to enforce parking.

Venue

You will need 10’ by 10’ White Tent size. If you don’t have a tent, be willing to sit in the sun all day. No beach umbrellas are allowed. There are places that offer tents for rent (northeasttent.com - (203) 433-2478) or you can buy one from Home Depot, Target, Wallmart and Amazon (prices range from $50.00 and up). Folding Tables and chairs must fit under your tent or within your allocated space.

Easels and Gridwalls are allowed on the grass. Make sure you stay within your perimeter and don’t go over another participant’s space.

After registration is complete, you will receive an email from Marcos Torno (marcos.torno@imagescenter.com) with a map of numbered locations that you can choose from. Exhibition location assignments will be based on a first come, first served basis. The day of the show, there will be signs with your name marking your location. We will have volunteers available to help locate your space.

Cancellation

ANY CANCELLATION MADE AFTER May 10, 2025 WILL FORFEIT THE ENTRY FEE.

Registration

You will receive an email from the ogmerchants.com website confirming your registration. You will then receive an email from Marcos Torno from Images of Old Greenwich with an additional form that must be completed for the town of Greenwich. Your registration is not complete until you have filled and returned the vendor held harmless form. The liability insurance required by the town of Greenwich is covered by your registration fee and the Old Greenwich Merchants Association.
