Rules and Regulations

Upon completion of your registration you will receive a Vendor Held Harmless Agreement

via email from Marcos Torno. Please complete the agreement and email to: marcos.torno@imagescenter.com

Set-Up

8am to 10:00am. Please make sure you finish setting up within the given time.

Clean-Up - 5:00pm to 6:00pm

Venue

10’ by 10’ White Tent Size. No beach umbrellas are allowed. Folding Tables and chairs must fit under

your tent or within your allocated space. For your peace of mind and others around you heavy weights are a must. Tents should be secured in place.

Easels, Partitions and Gridwalls are allowed and must be secured with weights. Make sure you

stay within your perimeter and don’t go over another participant’s space.

SPACE SIZE: 2 parking spaces (18' wide by 15' deep).Your location in the venue corresponds with the order of sign-up

(i.e. first artist to sign up will be in spot 1, 2nd artist to sign up will be in spot 2 and so forth).No spots are available by request.

PARKING: you can bring your car to your space location. After you drop your belongings off, you must

move your car to the upper level parking lot immediately, and come back to set-up your tent. We

need to keep the traffic flowing for other artists.

CANCELLATION

ANY CANCELLATION MADE AFTER MAY 1st, 2024 WILL FORFEIT THE ENTRY FEE.
